TREVOR SMITH

PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Trevor is a life-long entrepreneur and 2X founder with more than a decade of sales and business development experience in the technology and innovation sectors. His leadership and deep involvement in R&D at Atomic-6 have been instrumental in developing the company’s proprietary composite manufacturing process. He previously co-founded Sprout Lighting and served as Vice President of CRESA Atlanta. A skilled strategist and connector, Trevor continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible in advanced materials and aerospace composites.

CHRISTIAN CARPENTER

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Christian has 25 years of experience with many world records and world firsts in his portfolio of new technology developments. Most notably, was leading of SpaceX Starlink production lines to produce avionics, mechanisms, and propulsion systems for >1,400 satellites during the COVID-19 pandemic. Christian has been working for decades on solar array technologies in support of high power to mass ratio spacecraft including review of composite mast technologies. Christian’s experience is rapidly taking technologies from concept to full scale production in the shortest possible time, usually 5X faster than most aerospace companies.

PETER SHPIK

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Peter is a seasoned technical leader with 40 years of engineering experience, including 34 years in composites. He has held key roles at Teijin Carbon America and GKN Aerospace, where he pioneered thermoplastic matrix materials in composite manufacturing. Peter played a vital role in developing ceramic matrix composites for the Rockwell X-30, a project that evolved into the X-37B, the U.S.’s most advanced unmanned reentry spacecraft. His innovations have earned multiple patents, and he is widely recognized in the industry for his expertise, frequently presenting at international conferences.
